Everyone can — it matters naught what the yesterdays have been.
All of us have an aching need inside to make today the first day of our lives. We Can.
We take birth in perfect human form to make life purposeful.
We come face to face with our living, our soul and our Source.
We need the love and nurturing which grows inside us.
This comes directly from the Grace we receive when we remain grateful for what we have.
Each time we acknowledge our blessings, we move into secure feelings of being self-nurtured.
All of us seek love, joy, appreciation,respect and understanding.
What we actually starve from is the scant appreciation, love, joy, respect and understanding we offer others because we deny it first to our selves. What we are denying ourselves is pure nourishment for the soul. Without this we can hardly move.
This is the root of all starvation. We are spiritually starved and it follows therefore that the same starvation penetrates our cells in every level. Our vibrations, our energy, all spell starvation.
We need to accept our true selves and learn the parallel wisdom of accepting our world family.
The more we resist this acceptance,the more we deprive ourselves of personal and universal nourishment.
Look at a flower — it is nourished right from the soil which connects to the root, to the shoot, the stem… and running through them all, is the sap.The flower offers her beauty to the stem just as the stem shares her richness with the flower. It is only when the root is whole and complete in herself with the nourishment that she expands it to the shoot and the same flow of wholeness expands till the entire being ness is whole and then we see the flower in all her fragrant beauty! It is testimony to a wholesome root. And so it is with all things which are radiant and whole.
To be able to offer we must first offer to ourselves from within ourselves the love we need to heal. For this to begin, we need to hold the awareness that it is the Source that keeps us in touch with our heart of Light.
Let us begin to know ourselves as complete and whole, releasing all the external masks and makeovers and begin to take care of all our hidden layers of inner needs. We who take such pride in taking care of all our externals… our homes and cars, our gardens and offices, our appliances and all our electronic items… do we stop to think about all our inner wiring and how screwed up it is! We sure need to.
Let us be gentle on our hearts.
