Gratitude Meditation For Ourselves
Let us go back to babyhood and see what our hands have done for us from our very first breath, to this day. Seated comfortably, we inhale three deep, long, smooth breaths, releasing the emotional toxins of our day. Gently allow the eyes to close and let us focus on our palms and fingers. We remain in gratitude for them. They have been silent sentinels and have seldom been acknowledged.

Gratitude Meditation For Parents
Our soul light chooses our mother’s womb for learning certain truths in each birth. By virtue of this choice, we receive a father. These two souls do the best for us from their points of perspective. Be in gratitude for the food, clothing, shelter and education they have given us. Acknowledge all the moments in time with them as learning and growing. Allow this time to expand in the inner body and experience the soft power rising. It is the stillness of our sacred inner space.

Gratitude Meditation For All Of Nature
The air, water, mother earth, sunlight, moon, shimmering stars, expansive skies, trees and plants and animals around us are the most precious gifts from Source. They are free. Acknowledge with gratitude that the best things in life are all ours to cherish.

Gratitude Meditation For Family And Friends
Acknowledge the love of beloved family, siblings, grandparents, cousins, uncles and aunts, close friends, acquaintances, peers, co-workers and staff members. They are all our learning gifts. Those among us who feel that their family or friends have hurt them, can expand the breath and be aware that people who have hurt us, are providing a life lesson for us. As we remain open to expand our consciousness, we tap into a large space of good inside us. It is within this space of good that we can permit ourselves to sow the seeds of understanding the freedom of gratitude.
